How your data is stored

ROLINDEK has no account. Your working data stays on the device and browser you use.

What is stored locally

Business Profile, Project Cards (including contact fields and remarks), documents (quotes, invoices, receipts), and related settings are written to this browser’s localStorage.

What is not uploaded

That business data is not uploaded to a ROLINDEK server. Downloading a PDF or a DATA Export file are actions you start; the files land on your device under your control.

Loss risks

• Clearing this site’s browser data / site storage deletes local ROLINDEK data.
• Another browser or profile does not see the same localStorage automatically.
• OS reinstall, new device, or a damaged profile can remove local data.
• Private / ephemeral modes may discard storage when the session ends.

Export and Import

Use DATA → EXPORT to download a JSON backup of everything ROLINDEK stores here. Use DATA → IMPORT to restore from that file. Import replaces the current data in this browser. When possible, ROLINDEK keeps one temporary emergency backup of the previous state so you can restore if an import went wrong.

Moving to another device or browser

1. On the current browser: DATA → EXPORT and keep the JSON file safe.
2. Open ROLINDEK on the new browser or device.
3. DATA → IMPORT and select that file.
4. Confirm that cards and documents look correct before deleting the old copy.
