Many freelancers and small teams keep client jobs in folders and spreadsheets until the list becomes hard to search. Full CRMs and accounting platforms are often expensive, complex, or heavier than needed for day-to-day client work and documents.

ROLINDEK focuses on searchable Project Cards and the documents that belong to each job — Quote, Invoice, and Payment Receipt — in one lightweight workspace.
