Service provided

ROLINDEK is a free, browser-based Client Work Management tool. You may use it to organize Project Cards and to create Quote, Invoice, and Payment Receipt documents, download PDFs, and export or import a local backup, subject to these terms.

No warranty

ROLINDEK is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Calculations, layouts, and PDF output should be reviewed by you before use with clients.

Not tax, legal, or accounting advice

ROLINDEK does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. It does not certify that a document meets invoicing or receipt requirements in any country or region. You are responsible for checking document content against the rules that apply to your business.

ROLINDEK includes most of the information commonly required on UK invoices. VAT-registered businesses and other jurisdictions may require additional information, so check the rules that apply to your business before using a document for tax or accounting purposes.

Your responsibilities

• Accuracy of business and client information you enter
• Review of every document before sending it
• Keeping backups via DATA → EXPORT
• Complying with laws that apply to your use of the tool

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROLINDEK and its creators are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this tool — including data loss when browser storage is cleared without a backup.
