ROLINDEK is free client work management for freelancers and small businesses — a searchable workspace for client jobs, plus quotes, invoices, and payment receipts.

Built for messy client folders and spreadsheets

If your client jobs live in desktop folders, Excel sheets, or scattered notes, finding an old contact or project gets harder as the list grows. ROLINDEK replaces that pile with searchable Project Cards — roughly tens to around a hundred jobs, without a heavy CRM.

One Project Card equals one job

Each Project Card stands alone. It holds Organization name, Project name, Contact person, Email, Phone, Remarks, and the documents for that job. ROLINDEK does not add a Customer → Projects → Documents hierarchy.

When you want the same organization together, use A–Z card order and the six-field incremental search as a lightweight virtual folder — not a separate customer master.

Quotes, invoices, and payment receipts per job

From a Project Card you can create and manage Quote, Invoice, and Payment Receipt documents, convert between them where supported, and download PDFs.

Not a full CRM or accounting suite

ROLINDEK is Client Work Management, not a customer-master CRM, not cloud sync, and not a replacement for accounting, tax, payroll, or inventory software. Status columns are a simple manual board with drag-and-drop — not an automated sales pipeline.

ROLINDEK includes most of the information commonly required on UK invoices. VAT-registered businesses and other jurisdictions may require additional information, so check the rules that apply to your business before using a document for tax or accounting purposes.

ROLINDEK is designed for straightforward client management at a small to moderate scale and easy document creation. It is not country-specific tax or accounting software. We cannot accommodate requests to extend it for complex tax rules or strictly compliant tax documents.

Data stays in your browser

Business Profile, Project Cards, and document content are stored in this browser’s localStorage. They are not uploaded to a ROLINDEK server. Export and Import (DATA menu) let you back up and move to another browser or device. Clearing site data deletes what is stored here unless you exported a backup first.
